About the Role

90 Seconds is seeking an experienced Concierge Manager to guide customers through the video production journey on our online platform. This role ensures the successful delivery of professional video creation services, encompassing planning, creative, shooting, and editing, through our network of creators. It uniquely blends client, project, and community management, operating across production operations, services, and brand accounts.

Responsibilities

Oversee the production of multiple video projects simultaneously, from quoting and logistics planning to shoot management and publishing.
Ensure the successful delivery of 90 Seconds Services and Solutions via the platform.
Monitor all production services to guarantee the smooth operation of 90 Seconds.
Maintain consistent delivery of 90 Seconds services through established processes.
Manage the growth and relationships of 90 Seconds Brands.
Facilitate communication between customers and creators for seamless project delivery.
Assist in resolving video project-related issues.
Become an expert in 90 Seconds Solutions, delivering them professionally and completely.
Master and utilize Productize, Order, Matching, Delivery, and Content & Account app features for brands.
Collaborate with a diverse global network of creators.

Requirements

Deep understanding of content and various video types, with the ability to identify production requirements.
Ability to research, analyze, and identify video content creation and consumption trends, proposing them to clients.
High-level experience in production, including quoting, client management, talent matching, and project management.
Extensive experience in video production management, handling multiple projects end-to-end with budget, resource, and schedule oversight.
Skills in deconstructing videos to understand their production processes.
Hands-on experience with video creation hardware and software.
Strong sense of urgency, exceptional organizational skills, and natural relationship-building ability.
Experience in content strategy and planning.
Understanding of market trends, ability to identify content gaps, and deliver relevant solutions.
Enjoyment of technology and collaboration with a global online team.
Ability to identify repeat purchase opportunities and productize them.
Understanding of different social platform content products, formats, and specifications.
Capacity to quickly adapt to company culture and high-speed changes, utilizing data to achieve business targets.
Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills for building authentic relationships.
Flexible and 'always-on' attitude to meet project delivery deadlines.
Experience in live streaming and production of large-scale events is a significant advantage.
