About the Role
This is a strategic HR Business Partner role supporting Quantium's Engineering portfolio. The role requires extensive experience partnering with engineering functions to provide credibility, rigor, and a commercial lens to support technical leaders and teams.
Responsibilities
- Coach and advise Engineering leaders on people matters, including performance, employee relations, culture, change, and capability building.
- Shape and deliver people plans for the portfolio, integrating resourcing, mobility, and talent acquisition.
- Develop deep knowledge of the engineering function to provide credible, contextualized partnering in a fast-paced, technical environment.
- Lead initiatives to evolve the People & Culture team's ways of working.
- Model an AI-curious, solutions-focused approach to HR practice and experiment with new tools.
Requirements
- Substantial experience in a generalist HRBP role within a fast-paced, high-growth environment (tech, professional services, FMCG, or similar).
- Confidence to partner up to Executive level.
- Extensive experience supporting engineering or technology functions.
- Credibility to partner with technical leaders and navigate their unique challenges.
- Proven ability to manage complex employee relations matters and lead workplace investigations.
- Ability to build leader capability in performance, talent, and inclusion.
- Comfort using workforce analytics to identify trends, inform action planning, and measure initiative impact.
- Clear, straight-talking communication skills to navigate complexity and ambiguity in a matrixed, multi-geography environment.
