About the Role

The Campus Director leads a vibrant enrichment program, managing day-to-day operations, mentoring staff, and engaging with families to foster an academically excellent and welcoming learning community.

Responsibilities

  • Lead all day-to-day campus operations to meet academic and customer service standards
  • Manage full-time and part-time staff, including hiring, training, evaluation, and scheduling
  • Drive student enrollment and retention to meet key objectives
  • Strategically manage budgets, staffing needs, and class schedules
  • Create a welcoming environment for students, parents, and staff
  • Meet with current and prospective families in-person and virtually
  • Teach AoPS curriculum in participation-oriented classes
  • Build community partnerships and attend outreach events
  • Plan engaging educational events at the campus
  • Complete tasks as assigned by the Regional Director

Requirements

  • Teaching experience
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Math or Language Arts subject matter expertise
  • Strong leadership and supervisory experience
  • Legally authorized to work in the US

Salary/Compensations

  • 148,675 - 153,488
