About the Role
Rockstar Games is seeking a Project Manager to lead execution on cross-functional initiatives within the PM / Production organization. This role provides execution structure, communication discipline, and coordination across teams, contributing to world-class entertainment experiences.
Responsibilities
- Assist with project planning and execution by collaborating with leadership or subject matter experts on project requirements.
- Handle cross-departmental coordination throughout each project’s life cycle.
- Proactively identify and manage risks through escalation and communication.
- Identify other teams within Rockstar with necessary technical knowledge and responsibilities to cultivate relationships in order to drive a project forward.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, cybersecurity, or a related field.
- Proven experience with 3+ years in project management, preferably in the IT or Security domain.
- Strong understanding of IT / Security principles, technologies, and methodologies.
- Excellent project management skills, including the ability to plan, organize, and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
- Strong leadership, communication (written and verbal), and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- An intrinsic sense of ownership, initiative, and drive.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel) and communication tools.
