About the Role

Busy Bees is seeking a passionate and adaptable Casual Educator to create a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment where children feel supported and inspired to learn at their Darch, WA location.

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation of engaging play-based learning experiences aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).
• Assist in providing a safe, inclusive, and welcoming environment for all children.
• Build positive relationships with children, families, and team members.
• Support daily routines, activities, and supervision of children.
• Contribute to maintaining high standards aligned with the National Quality Standards (NQS).

Requirements

• Genuine commitment to child safety, speaking up, always doing the right thing, and alignment with Busy Bees values.
• Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or working towards).
• Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Valid Working with Children Check (Employee) for WA.
• Experience working as an Educator within Australia is highly regarded.
• Flexibility to work across shifts between 6:30 am and 6:30 pm, Monday to Friday.
• Satisfactory, rigorous pre-employment checks (including WWCC, ID, Qualifications, Gecko Training, Work Rights, NQAITS register/Prohibited Persons & References) and child safety training.
