About the Role
The Risk Transformation Program is a significant undertaking for ASX, aiming to build a mature, resilient, and secure organization. In this 12-month maximum term contract role, you will serve as a subject matter expert, supporting the delivery of key risk and compliance initiatives within the program.
Responsibilities
- Plan Risk and Compliance Uplift work, including deliverables, outcomes, and timelines, across all assigned streams.
- Deliver work in accordance with developed plans and agreed timelines.
- Engage with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and validate requirements, and delivery design and decisions.
- Document current and future state processes for each assigned initiative.
- Support the development of program reporting and governance frameworks.
- Collaborate with other business analysts and stream leads to ensure program consistency and alignment of outputs.
- Deploy risk subject matter expertise to design risk artifacts, including strategies, frameworks, and processes.
Requirements
- Experience as a subject matter specialist across operational risk and compliance domains.
- Experience within risk and compliance transformation programs.
- Strong analytical, documentation, writing, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple pieces of work across multiple initiatives and streams.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Familiarity with risk and control frameworks.
- Experience within regulated environments.
- Risk and/or Compliance consulting experience (nice to have).
- Candidates must be legally authorized to work in Australia on a permanent basis without any restrictions.
