About the Role

As Club Manager at Fitness First, you will set the tone for a community where people become stronger, healthier, and more confident. You'll lead a passionate team, foster an environment where people and performance thrive, and deliver an exceptional member experience. This hands-on leadership role involves driving commercial success, operational performance, membership growth, and retention while ensuring the club runs seamlessly.

Responsibilities

Manage sales budgets and analyze data to develop proactive improvement strategies.
Meet personal sales targets to contribute to overall club goals.
Lead the delivery of exceptional member experiences and resolve member concerns.
Recruit, train, and retain staff members.
Conduct performance appraisals.
Engage in weekly meetings with department leaders.

Requirements

Leadership experience managing a sales team with 5+ direct/indirect reports in a high-volume, fast-paced environment, preferably within the fitness industry.
Strong stakeholder management skills.
Exceptional verbal, written, and time management skills.
Experience in managing budgets, monitoring, and reporting on P&L.
A passion for fitness and sales.
