About the Role
We’re looking for a Gaming Manager to help run our gaming room and maintain its reputation as a friendly, welcoming spot for locals.
Responsibilities
- Know the regulars by name and make them feel welcome.
- Work closely with the Publican to ensure smooth, safe, and compliant operation of the gaming room.
- Share gaming expertise to support and develop the team.
- Provide excellent service with a positive attitude during shifts.
Requirements
- Experience in a gaming room environment (attendant, supervisor, or manager).
- Confidence, pride, and strong people skills.
- Understanding of compliance and safe gaming practices.
- Current RSA and RSG/RCG.
- Ability to perform manual handling and lifting tasks safely and efficiently.
- Willingness to undergo Employee Due Diligence checks, including a National Police Check.
