About the Role
This role owns the website's performance after a visitor lands, focusing on testing, measuring, and optimizing the path from visit to conversion. It's a data-first position responsible for architecting reporting infrastructure, running the global testing program, and using web analytics to inform roadmap decisions that drive pipeline.
Responsibilities
- Own the global A/B testing programme end to end, from hypothesis backlog to experimental design, statistical validation, and commercial interpretation of results
- Design and execute conversion funnel optimisation plans across trial funnels, lead pathways, and regional journeys
- Prioritise the testing roadmap by pipeline impact, not traffic volume
- Set the brief and quality bar for test variants, partnering with UX and web development on implementation
- Design and maintain web performance dashboards for GTM stakeholders across growth, sales, digital, and brand
- Deliver monthly and quarterly web performance analysis to the VP of Digital Marketing and senior leadership, with clear recommendations
- Lead the implementation of attribution models that connect web behaviour to revenue outcomes beyond last-click
- Identify and close measurement gaps across the funnel, and ensure data integrity across GA4, Google Tag Manager, and connected platforms
- Act as the analytics and conversion authority for the GTM team, helping growth, sales, and digital teams make better decisions with web and performance data
Requirements
- 6 to 8 years in web marketing, CRO, or digital marketing roles in B2B SaaS, with a track record of measurable pipeline contribution
- Proven ability to build and deliver multi-region web roadmaps connected to revenue targets, not just traffic or engagement metrics
- Demonstrated ownership of A/B testing programmes end to end
- Experience presenting web performance analysis and roadmap recommendations to senior leadership
- Experience working across North America and ANZ markets simultaneously is a plus
Skills
- Expert-level GA4 and Google Tag Manager
- Proficiency in at least one major CRO platform (Optimizely, VWO, or equivalent)
- Deep understanding of attribution modelling that connects web behaviour to revenue outcomes
- Strong analytical acumen
- Ability to read data, build a picture, and translate it into roadmap decisions

- Sydney CBD office
Work Type
- Hybrid flexibility
Experience Level
- 6 to 8 years
Education Level
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
- Relevant certifications (Google Analytics, CXL CRO, or equivalent) are valued but not a substitute for demonstrated commercial impact
