About the Role
The Data Analyst contributes to the emerging issues analysis process through systematic scanning and research to support the identification of emerging issues. The role will also be responsible for monitoring established issues that dominate organisational response.

Requirements
- Tertiary qualification in Data Analytics, Information Technology, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant work experience.
- Experience working with data to support reporting, analysis, and decision-making.
- Demonstrated experience using SQL and Excel to extract, manipulate and analyse data.
- High attention to detail, particularly when working with data and resolving data discrepancies.
- Good communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to stakeholders.
- Must be an Australian Citizen, a permanent resident of Australia, or a New Zealand citizen.
- Must undergo a rigorous National Police (criminal history) Check.
- Must obtain and maintain a Security Clearance as determined by the NSW Police Force.
