About the Role

Drive digitalization in public sector consulting and actively shape the future of Germany. Our team advises clients on strategic initiatives and IT transformation implementation.

Responsibilities

  • Advise clients at federal, state, and local levels.
  • Combine administrative know-how with tech expertise to create prerequisites for software development.
  • Elicit functional and non-functional requirements and document them in user stories, use cases, or specifications.
  • Identify stakeholder groups, moderate workshops, and conduct interviews to establish a common understanding of goals, scope, and constraints.
  • Support the conception of the technical architecture.
  • Act as a liaison between the business unit and IT implementation to design solutions for client challenges.

Requirements

  • Completed university degree (preferably Master's) in Computer Science, Business, Administration, Social Sciences, or a comparable field with good to very good grades.
  • Initial professional experience in the public sector and/or consulting or in IT projects.
  • Expertise in eliciting and analyzing business requirements and designing business and domain models.
  • Conceptual strength, high quality standards, commitment, team spirit, and structured working methods.
  • Willingness to travel.
  • Very good German and English language skills.
