About the Role
In this role, you will help clients make strategic decisions regarding AI & Data. Our team supports clients from defining their AI & Data strategy through implementing large-scale data platforms, visual analytics programs, and introducing smart "Age of With" solutions. Join us to make a difference as a Manager AI & Data Engineering.
Responsibilities
- Conceive AI & Data solutions, quantify their added value for clients, and manage projects holistically.
- Support projects from conception to commissioning using expertise in data & AI architectures and innovation.
- Manage diverse interdisciplinary expert teams and complex analytics transformations.
- Evaluate solution approaches regarding costs, scalability, team setup, and client value.
- Drive the expansion of our AI & Data Engineering team by acquiring new projects.
Requirements
- Several years of professional experience with a focus on at least one of the following areas: Generative AI, Cloud Data Engineering (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP), Databricks.
- Successfully completed studies in Computer Science, Business Administration with a focus on Informatics, Engineering, Business Engineering, Economics with a focus on Informatics, or comparable fields.
- Expertise in the holistic consideration of solution architectures and cloud analytics platforms for processing large data volumes in a specific professional context.
- Experience in leading teams in the AI & Data field using agile methods.
- Experience in acquiring new projects.
- Willingness to travel.
- Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
