About the Role
As a Manager for Data Architecture & Analytics, you will lead project teams in the end-to-end implementation of complex enterprise data solutions. You will act as a strategic advisor, helping clients define AI and data strategies while ensuring the delivery of scalable, secure, and robust data architectures.
Responsibilities
- Lead AI and data projects while ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop proposals to expand the Integrated Analytics & Architecture practice.
- Build and maintain sustainable client relationships.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to project teams.
- Design and implement modern, scalable, and secure data architectures using current technologies.
- Translate complex client needs into effective technical solutions.
- Foster a collaborative environment focused on knowledge sharing and team development.
Requirements
- Several years of consulting experience in managing data analytics projects from conception to implementation.
- Ability to communicate architectural concepts clearly to technical development teams.
- Willingness to travel.
- Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
