About the Role
As a Senior Consultant (m/w/d), you will support and inspire national and international clients in optimizing their processes, organization, IT architectures, and AI enablement, contributing to sustainable and future-oriented strategies and improved competitiveness.
Responsibilities
- Modernize core functions of insurance clients, from sales to product to claims, using appropriate operating models, efficient processes, and smart technologies including AI.
- Develop technically relevant insurance solutions and IT architectures.
- Implement solutions with interdisciplinary and international teams.
- Position solutions successfully with clients.
- Act as a thought leader in the market, recognized for technical and technological innovation.
- Lead consulting and implementation projects to success.
- Build strong relationships with client teams on an equal footing.
Requirements
- Above-average degree in business administration with a focus on insurance, preferably combined with completed vocational training.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in the insurance industry with a focus on core insurance processes in any product area (health, life, property & casualty insurance).
- Knowledge of future growth and digital value creation opportunities for insurance companies.
- Experience in project management in an international context.
- Innovative spirit and enthusiasm for agile, interdisciplinary work in the dynamic insurance environment.
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills.
- High commitment and quality awareness.
- Willingness to travel.
- Excellent written and spoken German and English.
