About the Role

As a Headless CMS Solutions Specialist, you will be our technical expert for modern, API-based content platforms. You will understand how content, frontends, cloud technologies, and AI interact, and how to build headless architectures that delight content teams and developers alike. You will collaborate closely with our UX/UI designers, architects, and clients, utilizing cutting-edge technologies to deliver content efficiently, flexibly, and securely.

Responsibilities

Expertise in Headless CMS systems: Advise, conceptualize, and implement modern CMS architectures based on systems like Contentful, Storyblok, and Contentstack.
Consult internal teams and clients on technical integration concepts, API design, caching strategies, and performance optimization.
Model content structures and APIs optimized for design systems and frontend frameworks (e.g., Next.js, Nuxt, Angular).
Develop and utilize AI-based functions for content classification, generation, or personalization.
Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers, product managers, and frontend developers to ensure a clean interface between CMS, APIs, and applications.

Requirements

Completed degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Media Informatics, or a comparable field.
Several years of experience with Headless CMS systems (e.g., Contentful, Storyblok, Contentstack, Sanity).
In-depth knowledge of API integration (REST, GraphQL), authentication methods (OAuth 2.0, OpenID), and webhooks.
Knowledge of frontend frameworks (e.g., React, Vue, Next.js, Nuxt, Angular) and their integration into CMS backends.
Proficiency with design systems, content delivery APIs, and SDKs.
Interest and initial experience in using AI in content management for automation, analysis, or personalization.
High self-motivation to drive topics forward.
Team-oriented, communicative, and solution-oriented work style.
Very good German and English language skills.
