About the Role
The Product Manager is responsible for managing assigned digital products and delivering enhancements that align with the broader product strategy. This role balances customer needs, business priorities, and technical considerations to deliver measurable value and drive product adoption across global markets. It contributes to evaluating and implementing emerging technologies like AI and automation to improve customer experiences and support business outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Manage assigned digital products and execute product roadmaps aligned with the broader product strategy.
- Evaluate competing opportunities, customer requests, and business priorities to support backlog prioritization and product investment decisions.
- Coordinate day-to-day product lifecycle activities, including discovery, requirements definition, delivery, adoption, and continuous product improvement.
- Gather, analyze, and translate customer and business requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, and prioritized backlog items.
- Maintain and continuously refine the product backlog to ensure alignment with business priorities and customer needs.
- Collaborate with regional and global stakeholders, customers, Product Leadership, engineering teams, and delivery partners to ensure product requirements are clearly defined and understood, while addressing diverse market needs and supporting scalable global solutions.
- Support Agile ceremonies, including backlog refinement, sprint planning, and release planning, to ensure timely delivery of product enhancements.
- Partner with engineering and quality assurance teams throughout development, testing, and release activities to support successful product delivery.
- Coordinate release readiness activities, including documentation, stakeholder communications, and user adoption support.
- Monitor delivery progress, identify risks, and proactively escalate issues that may impact timelines or product quality.
- Analyze customer feedback, product usage metrics, market trends, and business insights to identify enhancement opportunities and recommend product improvements.
- Monitor product performance, adoption metrics, and key performance indicators (KPIs), providing recommendations to Product Leadership for continuous optimization.
- Partner with stakeholders to define success metrics and evaluate whether delivered capabilities achieve intended business outcomes and customer value.
- Support the evaluation and implementation of Artificial Intelligence (AI), automation, advanced analytics, and other emerging technologies within assigned products where they deliver measurable business value.
- Serve as the voice of the customer for assigned products by ensuring customer feedback is incorporated into ongoing product enhancements.
- Develop and maintain product documentation, including functional requirements, user stories, process documentation, release notes, and stakeholder communications.
- Build strong working relationships across business, technology, and operational teams to ensure successful product delivery.
- Contribute to portfolio planning discussions by providing product insights, customer feedback, delivery status, and enhancement recommendations.
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve product management practices, delivery processes, and customer experience.

- Willingness to travel internationally up to 30%.

Experience Level
- 3+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Owner, Business Analyst, Digital Product Delivery, or a related role supporting software products throughout the product lifecycle.
- Experience managing products or product features throughout the product lifecycle.
- Experience translating business requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, and prioritized backlogs.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in Agile environments.
- Experience working with stakeholders across multiple regions and global teams.
- Experience supporting cloud-based or SaaS digital products.
- Experience within Supply Chain, Planning, Logistics, Retail, or related industries is strongly preferred.
- Knowledge of supply chain planning processes—including forecasting, demand planning, inventory planning, S&OP, supply planning, supply chain analytics, and decision-support solutions—is beneficial.
Education Level
- Bachelor's degree in Product Management, Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, Computer Science, Software Development, or a related field.
Salary/Compensations
- $120,000-$130,000 with a 10% targeted bonus
