About the Role
ELS San Francisco is seeking part-time, hourly-paid invigilators/proctors to administer the IELTS exam and other standardized computer-based tests. This role is crucial for ensuring the integrity and smooth operation of testing sessions.
Responsibilities
- Prepare exam rooms and equipment before testing.
- Restore rooms and return materials post-exam.
- Handle test materials and administrative paperwork.
- Verify candidate identification and check them in.
- Monitor exams and ensure compliance with test regulations.
- Maintain the integrity of test materials.
- Assist with computer setup, login issues, and minor technical support.
- Transport test equipment to off-site venues if needed.
Requirements
- Authorization to work in the United States.
- Previous test administration or invigilation experience is a plus, but not required.
- Submit a resume/CV and two reference letters.
