About the Role
As a (Senior) Manager (m/w/d) in SAP Consulting, you will guide international clients in planning and implementing complex SAP transformations, contributing to successful business process optimizations and sustainable decisions.
Responsibilities
- Develop tailored solutions and business process optimizations in Manufacturing & Supply Chain Planning for international clients.
- Plan, conceptualize, implement, and roll out complex SAP S/4HANA transformations throughout the entire project lifecycle.
- Take on leadership responsibility in SAP transformation projects with expertise in SAP S/4HANA solutions for Manufacturing & Supply Chain Planning.
- Develop expertise and provide professional consulting in Manufacturing & Supply Chain Planning based on existing knowledge.
- Acquire projects and independently create complex proposals in Manufacturing & Supply Chain Planning.
Requirements
- Successful completion of studies in Business Informatics, Engineering, Business Administration, or Economics.
- Minimum of 6 years of professional experience in SAP consulting or a related function in Supply Chain Management and Manufacturing.
- Experience as a manager leading international project teams.
- Strong knowledge and implementation experience, including customizing, in SAP PP, SAP PM/EAM, SAP QM, SAP ePPDS, SAP IBP, or SAP PEO.
- Good understanding of integration scenarios with adjacent modules or tools.
- Enjoyment of complex tasks, structured thinking, and strong team orientation for solving complex client requests.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Willingness to travel.
- Fluent German and English (written and spoken).
