About the Role

Accompany international clients in planning and implementing complex SAP transformations within the Consulting – SAP domain. Our multidisciplinary team supports companies in demanding projects from conception to operation.

Responsibilities

• Conceive tailored solutions for current client challenges in master data management.
• Develop solutions using SAP MDG or related products like SAP Information Steward.
• Conceptualize business process design, harmonization, and integration in master data and data quality management within an international environment.
• Plan and manage (agile) master data projects throughout all phases.
• Lead and develop teams at the interface between business and IT.
• Drive topics like MDM strategy and SAP MDG implementation with expertise in national and international settings.
• Establish new solutions in master data management by leveraging current technical possibilities, including Artificial Intelligence.
• Strengthen existing client relationships and build new ones, from project acquisition to creating complex SAP proposals.

Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering (Business or Technical), Computer Science, or equivalent.
• Strong expertise in SAP MDG (ideally SAP MDG Consolidation Engine) or S/4 HANA, as well as in master data strategy and design, data cleansing, and data harmonization/consolidation.
• Minimum of four years of experience in a consulting-related role focusing on Master Data Management, ideally within SAP project environments (SAP MDG) and end-to-end implementation.
• Professional and leadership experience in complex, international transformation projects and in organizing diverse, international project teams.
• Enjoyment of complex tasks and a compelling presence at all management levels, both in communication and presentation.
• Willingness to travel.
• Excellent written and spoken German and English.
