About the Role
Leading architectural and engineering firm is adding a Senior Architect/Project Manager to their San Francisco team.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Principal in evaluating project requirements.
- Assist with negotiation of owner-architect agreement including fee and time schedule.
- Assist/lead project scope, profitability, schedule, and budget.
- Complete projects on time and within budget, monitoring work-hour budgets.
- Negotiate critical issues with internal and external team members.
- Monitor quality of construction documents.
- Oversee all correspondence/documents for completion and accuracy, seeking legal counsel when needed.
- Coordinate/review contractor bids and make contractor recommendations.
- Assist with completion of proposals and client interviews.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.
- 10+ years of experience.
- Registration/License.
- LEED accreditation preferred.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and other graphics and project management software.
- Authorized to work in the USA without sponsorship.
