About the Role
Consulting role focused on advising CFOs and top management in the finance function, leveraging global trends like digitalization, sustainability, efficiency, and M&A. The team develops individual concepts using Process Mining to uncover potential, eliminate inefficiencies, and enable digital transformation through data-driven decisions and AI.
Responsibilities
- Take operational responsibility for complex Process Mining projects with national and international clients, from conception to successful implementation.
- Lead project teams operationally and coach junior colleagues.
- Act as the central point of contact for clients at the management level.
- Lead Process Mining initiatives end-to-end and develop roadmaps for sustainable transformation.
- Combine Process Mining with adjacent technologies like AI/KI and Advanced Analytics to design data-driven optimization concepts.
- Provide technical leadership in projects, support the development of colleagues, and actively contribute to knowledge transfer within the team.
- Build trusting relationships with executives and present strategic recommendations clearly and impactfully.
- Support clients globally in implementing Process Mining solutions and accompany transformation on-site.
Requirements
- Excellent degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Data Science, or equivalent.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Process Mining (Celonis or SAP-Signavio preferred), Data Analytics, or process optimization, ideally with Celonis or similar platforms.
- Demonstrable experience in leading (sub-)projects, moderating workshops, and managing senior stakeholders.
- Technical know-how in SQL, Python, or common BI/Analytics tools is an advantage.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Enjoyment of team leadership and coaching.
- Willingness to travel within Germany.
- Very good written and spoken German and English skills.
