About the Role
We have an opportunity for an enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Business Partner who thrives in a fast-paced environment to join our team. Reporting to the Senior Talent Acquisition Business Partner, you’ll lead end-to-end recruitment activities, working closely with internal stakeholders to ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring a smooth and positive experience from sourcing through to onboarding.
- Support the Senior Talent Acquisition Business Partner with improving practices for the portfolio and the TA team.
- Closely collaborate with senior leaders, HR Managers and Senior HRBPs to align recruitment strategies with current and future workforce needs.
- Build strong, consultative relationships with hiring leaders to support talent planning and delivery.
- Strengthen our employer brand and help position the organisation as an employer of choice.
- Develop inclusive hiring campaigns and strategies to attract, engage, and retain diverse talent.
- Continuously improve recruitment tools, systems, and processes for greater efficiency and impact.
Requirements
- Proven experience managing full-cycle recruitment with a focus on quality and candidate experience.
- Previous experience using Workday ATS for recruitment is highly preferred.
- Strong digital literacy with the ability to quickly navigate new software, platforms and internal systems.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with confidence to influence senior leaders.
- A collaborative approach and strong relationship-building skills across all levels of the business.
- A continuous improvement mindset, always looking for new and better ways to hire.
- Comfortable in fast-paced, evolving environments, with strong prioritization and adaptability.
- Commercially minded, with an understanding of how talent acquisition supports broader business goals.
