About the Role
Our Talent Acquisition team plays a critical role in attracting, hiring and supporting exceptional talent to the firm. We are looking for a highly organised and commercially minded Talent Acquisition Operations & Projects Coordinator to help drive the efficient operation of our recruitment function. This role combines reporting, systems administration, supplier management, process improvement and project support. Working closely with the Talent Acquisition team and key stakeholders across People & Culture, Digital and Finance, you will help optimise our recruitment processes, systems and supplier partnerships while supporting strategic initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Prepare Talent Acquisition reports, dashboards and insights to support decision-making
- Act as the first point of contact for recruitment system queries, support and issue resolution
- Manage Workday recruitment processes, system maintenance, releases, testing and change initiatives
- Deliver systems and process training, maintain documentation and drive user adoption
- Manage supplier and system relationships, including contracts, renewals, invoices, usage reviews and commercial negotiations
- Support and drive projects and initiatives, including employer branding, continuous improvement and workforce attraction programs
Requirements
- Experience in Talent Acquisition, HR Operations or similar
- Strong reporting and data analysis capability
- Experience managing systems, suppliers and contracts
- Proficiency in Excel and HR systems or ATS platforms (we use WorkDay)
- Strong stakeholder management and organisation skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment, delivering high-quality work
