About the Role
The Relationship Support Officer will support the Relationship Managers and the Regional Manager (Sales Team) within Maxxia (Novated Leasing and Salary Packaging – Financial Services). You will be working with alongside the Marketing Team, Customer Relations Team and Sales Team to support our Clients and Customers.
Responsibilities
- Manage data across client portfolios and territories to ensure accuracy and integrity.
- Support Relationship Associates by scheduling and preparing packs for inductions and orientations.
- Ensure the Relationship Associate team accurately records all employer site communications in the CRM, including phone conversations, emails, and other correspondence, in their respective fields.
- Maintain CRM data integrity by ensuring employer records, FTE figures, and contact details are correct and up to date.
- Execute employer communication campaigns, including social posts and digital assets, as directed.
- Build strong, effective relationships with customer representatives to drive business objectives and deliver superior customer satisfaction.

- Successful candidates will undergo background checks (including criminal history and ASIC checks) and an NDIS Workers Screening Check if appropriate.
