About the Role

We are seeking a Product Manager to join our team as a 'maker' who can identify commercial opportunities, prototype solutions using AI, and ship products. You will own strategic initiatives within our payments stream, managing the movement of billions of dollars while navigating the evolving landscape of payment rails and regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Own strategic initiatives end-to-end from opportunity identification to roadmap execution.
  • Make commercial decisions regarding positioning, packaging, and trade-offs.
  • Use AI to build prototypes and proof-of-concepts to validate ideas with customers.
  • Conduct deep quantitative analysis and spend time in venues to understand hospitality operations.
  • Work AI-first for analysis, writing, and feature evaluation.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering managers, designers, and go-to-market teams.
  • Drive business outcomes and be accountable for commercial results.

Requirements

  • Demonstrable history of product impact and successful product shipping.
  • High agency with the ability to find the shortest path to an outcome without waiting for briefs.
  • AI-native workflow for prototyping, analysis, and problem-solving.
  • Strong commercial instincts connecting product decisions to revenue.
  • Technical fluency sufficient to build working proofs of concept.
  • Clear communication skills for engaging stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to act as a bridge between product and go-to-market teams.
