About the Role
As a Consultant Banking & Capital Markets, you will support financial service providers in various banking projects, focusing on IT transformations, business process optimization, and driving the strategic realignment of the financial sector with new technologies.
Responsibilities
- Plan and conceptualize demanding (digital) transformation projects for financial service providers and support their implementation.
- Contribute ideas for the design and implementation of new business models, competitive strategies, or organizational structures.
- Analyze situations from various perspectives and redefine solution spaces with creative ideas to overcome business challenges.
- Support clients in analyzing and implementing regulatory requirements or transforming infrastructures.
- Develop and implement new, innovative market offerings across departments and industries in collaboration with the Deloitte network.
Requirements
- Excellent degree in economics, business informatics, industrial engineering, mathematics, physics, or comparable fields.
- Ideally, initial experience or internships in financial institutions, consulting firms, or FinTechs.
- Good fundamental understanding of data management and analysis.
- Interest in modern IT architectures combined with business processes.
- Enjoyment of diverse projects and complex issues.
- High team orientation and creativity.
- Flexibility and mobility.
- Proficient German and English language skills.
