About the Role
As a Senior IT Consultant (m/f/x) in the Technology Strategy and Transformation division, you will help customers implement their strategy with innovative technologies, designing and managing digital transformation programs to make companies more agile.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical and advanced business advice to help clients formulate their vision, target architectures, and transformation roadmap for technology that supports their business strategies.
- Serve as an expert in SD-WAN, 5G, network optimization, SASE, Zero Trust, cloud and DC strategy, Mac strategy, O365, infrastructure for OT, or infrastructure sustainability.
- Manage customers and sales, and take strong action in the support and continued development of new customers.
- Understand various networks and connectivity technologies, vendors, standard industry architectures, and best practices for infrastructure migrations and operations.
- Support activities on network and technology delivery engagements while helping clients execute their connectivity IT infrastructure strategy.
- Facilitate business growth by contributing to marketing, training, client proposals, and recruitment activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration, business informatics, industrial engineering, or similar.
- Experience with IoT & IT-Architecture, network and security enterprises, or client environments within small and large teams.
- Direct experience engaging across technical teams, wider business stakeholders, and/or clients.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Awareness of network operational support trends and good practices required to underpin effective management of connectivity and security services.
- Fluent English.
- German or any other language is a plus.
