About the Role
Drive the realignment of the financial sector in the area of Consulting – Banking & Capital Markets Transformation. Our team combines creativity with strategic, technological, and banking expertise to create tailored solutions. Secure our shared success and make a difference with us.
Responsibilities
- Support with strategic conception and accompany ESG integration in all business areas and portfolios.
- Develop new approaches to increase efficiency using automation tools, artificial intelligence, or through digitalization and cloud solutions.
- Analyze market potential, develop strategies for new asset classes such as alternative investments or crypto assets, and market strategies.
- Contribute to the improvement of processes along the value chain and assist in the implementation of regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate across functions and industries with other Deloitte teams to develop new, innovative market offerings, e.g., digital currencies.
Requirements
- Very good degree in economics, (business) informatics, industrial engineering, physics, mathematics, or comparable.
- CFA or similar certificates are an advantage.
- At least 5 years of professional experience with an asset or wealth manager, FinTech, or consulting firm.
- Basic understanding of IT architectures / data structures in asset management.
- Experience in leading (sub-)projects and/or technical topics in a line function, as well as initial leadership experience with teams, including further development and coaching of employees.
- Good knowledge of various business models in asset management.
- A feel for industry trends and challenges, e.g., ESG, regulation, margin pressure, consolidation.
- High commitment, confident handling of MS Office, self-responsibility, and goal-oriented, agile working methods.
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills.
- Willingness to travel.
- Enjoy communication and presentation in German and English (very good written and spoken).
- Further languages are an advantage.
