About the Role

Consulting – Finance Transformation CFOs and top management in the finance function. Global trends like digitalization, ESG reporting, regulatory requirements, and efficiency improvements drive our business. Our team develops customized solutions for these challenges.

Responsibilities

• Redesigning controlling for companies, supporting clients in aligning financial management, optimizing planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes, and redesigning management reporting for target audiences.
• Developing and implementing innovative concepts for operational control and management accounting.
• Realigning integrated planning, budgeting processes, and forecasting using modern approaches.
• Utilizing modern technologies and advanced analytics to design target-audience-specific management reporting and create transparency for data-driven decisions.
• Developing group reporting, integrating ESG requirements into control and reporting, and optimizing consolidation processes for transparency and regulatory compliance.
• Taking responsibility for work packages, presenting results, and establishing performance management as a value driver within the company.

Requirements

• Excellent degree in business administration, business informatics, industrial engineering, or a comparable course of study, ideally with a focus on controlling, finance, or performance management.
• Initial relevant professional experience in management consulting, auditing, or industry, both domestically and internationally.
• Good understanding of control models and KPIs, with an interest in developing planning, forecasting, and reporting processes.
• Analytical strength, structured and solution-oriented approach, and strong communication and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel.
• Very good written and spoken German and English.
