Responsibilities
- Support technology clients in mastering transformation and growth challenges by developing sound hypotheses, defining future-oriented strategies, deriving strategic implications, and formulating concrete, actionable recommendations.
- Take on leadership responsibility, support junior team members in their professional and personal development, and provide constructive, impactful feedback.
- Actively drive the expansion of the technology sector within Deloitte Consulting through identifying new market opportunities, developing innovative offering formats, or thought leadership.
- Build long-term client relationships, identify new strategic levers, and strengthen Deloitte's position as a trusted partner for digital and transformational issues.
- Engage in recruiting, support training initiatives of Monitor Deloitte, and contribute to the continuous development of the team.
Requirements
- Over 5 years of professional experience in a technology company or in consulting with significant project experience in the tech industry.
- Excellent academic records from a leading university.
- Project management experience.
- Convincing leadership qualities.
- Profound knowledge in strategy development, (digital) transformation, customer-centric strategy & transformation, and target operating model design.
- Affinity for technological topics and Artificial Intelligence.
- Experience with quantitative analysis methods is advantageous.
- Outstanding communication skills.
- Willingness to travel.
- Very good written and spoken German and English.
