About the Role
As a (Senior) Manager (m/w/d) in SAP Consulting, you will guide international clients in planning and implementing complex SAP transformations, contributing to successful business process optimizations and sustainable decisions.
Responsibilities
- Develop tailored solutions and business process optimizations in Sourcing & Procurement for international clients.
- Plan, conceptualize, implement, and roll out complex SAP S/4 HANA and/or SAP Ariba transformations throughout the entire project lifecycle.
- Take on leadership responsibility as a team lead or (part-time) project manager in SAP transformation projects with expertise in SAP S/4HANA / SAP ERP or at least two SAP Ariba modules.
- Develop expertise in Sourcing & Procurement based on existing knowledge.
- Acquire projects and independently create complex proposals in Sourcing & Procurement.
Requirements
- Successful completion of studies in Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering, Business Administration, or Economics.
- Minimum of 6 years of professional experience in SAP consulting or a consulting-related role in Supply Chain Management, Purchasing.
- Experience as a manager leading diverse international project teams.
- Understanding of the entire corporate value chain and business interrelationships.
- Prior knowledge and implementation experience with SAP solutions in Sourcing & Procurement.
- Enjoyment of complex tasks, structured thinking, and strong team orientation for solving complex client inquiries.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Willingness to travel.
- Fluent German and English (written and spoken).
