About the Role
As a Senior Consultant SAP Finance / Controlling (m/w/d), you will guide international clients in planning and implementing complex SAP transformations. Our multidisciplinary team supports companies in demanding projects from conception to operation. Secure our shared success and make a difference with us.
Responsibilities
- Develop concepts for the design, harmonization, and integration of business processes in internal/external accounting.
- Support clients with tailored solutions for current challenges in accounting and controlling using SAP ECC, S/4 HANA, and S/4 HANA Cloud.
- Contribute expertise to the planning, conception, and implementation (including testing and training) of complex transformation projects.
- Advance expertise in accounting and controlling with SAP in an international environment.
- Take on important sub-project responsibilities.
- Lead client workshops based on agile project methodologies.
- Create decision papers and result presentations for project management.
Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering (Business/Engineering), Computer Science (Business/Computer Science), or equivalent.
- Several years of experience (3-5 years) in financial accounting or controlling with SAP in a consulting-related function (ideally in SAP project environment).
- Experience in accounting according to HGB, IFRS, or US-GAAP.
- Solid knowledge in the technical implementation of SAP FI/CO (preferably with solutions like S/4 HANA).
- Experience with the processes of cost and performance accounting and profitability analysis.
- High presentation and communication skills.
- Team spirit.
- Good understanding of the corporate value chain.
- Enjoy solving complex tasks.
- Willingness to travel.
- Fluent German and English (written and spoken).
