About the Role
We’re seeking an experienced and motivated individual to deliver education projects and initiatives that support compliance and awareness. You will play a key role in developing, coordinating and evaluating educational programs and campaigns that help improve consumer and industry outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Design, coordinate and deliver education and engagement projects that promote understanding of regulatory obligations.
- Develop and review communication materials, resources and online content to support education initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to identify education priorities and opportunities.
- Monitor and evaluate project outcomes to ensure alignment with organisational goals.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of education strategies and delivery models.
Requirements
- Strong experience in project coordination and delivery.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex regulatory information into clear educational content.
- Proven organisational and analytical skills with attention to detail.
- A collaborative approach and commitment to achieving quality outcomes.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience in education, communication, or project management.
- Demonstrated experience managing education or communication projects.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to engage and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
