About the Role
The Regulatory Education team is seeking a Senior Advisor to develop content for electronic newsletters, campaigns, social media, and the NSW Fair Trading website. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses strong communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Develop content for electronic newsletters, campaigns, social media, and the NSW Fair Trading website.
- Lead the development and implementation of education projects to inform customers about NSW Fair Trading, its regulatory remit, and key projects and initiatives.
- Problem-solve and manage multiple projects while handling competing priorities.
- Engage and collaborate with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders to achieve positive business outcomes.
- Coordinate external NSW Fair Trading communications in partnership with internal teams and the central Brand, Digital & Communications team.

- Excellent writing skills with the ability to deliver information across multiple channels, including digital content, for diverse audiences.
- Passion for creating engaging materials for various audiences.
- Ability to problem-solve and manage multiple projects with competing priorities.
- Outstanding stakeholder engagement skills and ability to build collaborative relationships.
- Team player with a positive and calm approach when working on high-profile and complex projects.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience in education, communication, or project management.
- Demonstrated experience managing education or communication projects.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to engage and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
