About the Role

Support the development, coordination, and delivery of strategic and operational projects within the Consumer Affairs branch at NSW Fair Trading. Contribute to project planning, implementation, and reporting to improve regulatory and customer outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the planning, coordination and delivery of assigned projects in line with organisational objectives.
  • Undertake research, analysis and reporting to inform decision-making.
  • Prepare high-quality documentation including project briefs, reports and communication materials.
  • Support stakeholder engagement and collaboration across teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Assist in monitoring project progress, risks and issues to support on-time delivery.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience supporting project planning and delivery.
  • Strong analytical, research and reporting skills.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication abilities.
  • Proven ability to manage competing priorities and deliver quality outcomes.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Salary/Compensations

  • Base $116,981 - $129,492 per annum plus Superannuation
