About the Role

APPLY is seeking an experienced Senior Product Consultant to join their team. This role is responsible for organizing digital product development for clients, ensuring high ROI, owning product vision, requirements management, and end-to-end product definition and development. The position involves generating ideas, strategy creation, and ongoing product management, operation, and optimization.

Responsibilities

  • Build and champion product strategies and vision throughout client engagements, and brief and inspire internal team members.
  • Retrieve and analyze feedback from clients, stakeholders, and teams to shape requirements, features, and end products.
  • Take ownership of creating product plans and roadmaps with executive stakeholder buy-in.
  • Prepare, review, and present product requirements documents (PRD), ensuring all requirement types are understood, documented, and communicated.
  • Organize product releases and priorities to ensure compliance with business value expectations.
  • Prepare recommendations to track product use and impact end users, defining measurement plans and utilizing analytics tools.
  • Ensure requirements are delivered to specifications, defects are managed, and assess readiness for launch.
  • Continuously prepare recommendations to expand product base and vision based on data and research.
  • Add value through consultative skills, understanding ROI, business and customer value, and constraints.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and third-party vendors.

Requirements

  • Ability to detect main projects, initiatives, and epics required for expected business results.
  • Effective communication and facilitation skills with the ability to manage expectations.
  • Proficiency in both technical and non-technical communication, translating business requirements into technical specifications.
  • Experience with stakeholder relationship management and engaging an audience.
  • Experience with backlog management, sprint planning, and roadmapping exercises.
  • Understanding of Sports & Entertainment design, HTML, and Next.js processes.
  • Excellent grasp of creating and reviewing accessibility requirements (WCAG 2.2) and proficiency with accessibility assessment tools.
  • Creative leadership, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Professional, confident demeanor with the ability to assess the viability of ideas.
  • Proven experience in a consultation role (Agency, Consultancy, or Professional Services Firm) with strong stakeholder management skills.
  • Demonstrated experience using Contentful as a headless CMS is a bonus.
  • Ability to break down complex problems into logical steps.
  • Comfort with ambiguity and ability to create clarity in a fast-changing environment.
  • Portfolio of shipped, managed, and operated digital products demonstrating end-user value.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in Product Management or a similar position.
