About the Role

As an Applied Machine Learning Engineer, you will bridge the gap between AI research and practical applications by developing, fine-tuning, and operationalizing models to drive business value and enhance user experiences.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with GTM teams to ensure successful integration and deployment of ML solutions.
• Build and present compelling Proof of Concept demonstrations.
• Design, develop, and deploy end-to-end AI-powered applications.
• Contribute to the internal ML platform by adding features and resolving bugs.
• Integrate and enable new machine learning models within the platform.
• Optimize system performance, efficiency, and scalability of deployed models.
• Work with partners to enable joint AI solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 5+ years of experience in a software engineering role.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and execute complex technical projects.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (preferred).
• Experience in a startup or fast-paced environment (preferred).
• Hands-on experience with supervised fine-tuning (SFT) and reinforcement learning from human feedback (RLHF or RFT) (preferred).
• Understanding of generative AI, machine learning principles, and enterprise infrastructure (preferred).
