About the Role

Manage an assigned portfolio of trusts, taking full responsibility for trust management activities and stakeholder coordination. Oversee trust cash reconciliations, manage trust funding subscription processes and month-end activities, and perform cashflow distribution waterfall calculations. Maintain and develop financial models while providing general support for trust management operations.

Responsibilities

  • Manage an assigned portfolio of trusts, taking full responsibility for trust management activities and stakeholder coordination.
  • Oversee trust cash reconciliations, including populating, reconciling, and resolving discrepancies with servicers and originators.
  • Manage trust funding subscription processes and month-end activities to ensure accurate and timely trust administration.
  • Perform cashflow distribution waterfall calculations and instruct trustees to execute required payments in accordance with transaction requirements.
  • Maintain and develop financial models, supported by ongoing training and mentoring, while providing general support for trust management operations.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in structured financial markets.
  • At least 1 year of securitisation trust management experience.
  • Experience in financial SPV or trust management and administration.
  • Strong understanding of trust operations.
  • Ability to manage complex transactions and projects involving multiple stakeholders while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
  • General understanding of legal documentation, particularly operative commercial provisions and transaction requirements.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
  • Cashflow modelling experience is an advantage but not essential.
