Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, hands-on care for dogs of all breeds and sizes
- Supervise daycare playgroups and ensure safe, positive interactions
- Monitor dog health, behavior, and safety and report concerns immediately
- Clean and disinfect suites and common areas to brand standards
- Assist with feeding, bathing, play sessions, and daily routines
- Deliver a 5-star guest experience to every pet parent
- Support team operations and maintain a strong, positive culture
Requirements
- Genuine love for dogs
- Strong communication and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
- Comfortable getting “down and dirty” with cleaning and pet care tasks
- Dependable, team-oriented, and adaptable
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs
- Weekend and holiday availability required
