About the Role
Join Maine Course Hospitality Group, a company built on Fun, Family, Integrity, and Respect, and help create an exceptional morning experience for our guests. This role involves supervising, preparing, and serving breakfast, maintaining the buffet, and delivering excellent guest service to ensure guests start their day happy and satisfied.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests and provide outstanding hospitality and customer service
- Perform weekly food orders and inventory management
- Assist with creating work schedules for staff
- Supervise breakfast staff and contribute to a positive working environment
- Prepare and serve breakfast items including coffee, muffins, bagels, cereals, and fruit
- Maintain buffet and breakfast areas; clean spills, wipe tables, and stock supplies
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health regulations
- Empty trash and maintain kitchen and guest areas in a clean, organized, and safe condition
- Assist co-workers and collaborate with other hotel departments as needed
- Provide guests with information about hotel amenities and local attractions
- Respond professionally to guest requests or complaints
- Represent MCHG positively in the community
