About the Role
TalkShopLive is seeking a hands-on Head of Product to scale our live commerce and technology company. This role owns the full product function, from vision and strategy to roadmap, discovery, execution, and team leadership. It requires a leader who excels in details, uses data and AI for decisions, and translates customer insights into growth-accelerating products.
Responsibilities
- Own product vision, strategy, OKRs, and roadmap across the full TSL platform, including seller tools, viewer/shopper experience, merchant/brand value, integrations, and platform features.
- Align go-to-market strategy with the CEO to ensure product decisions leverage GTM opportunities.
- Develop and execute AI strategy to identify and prioritize areas for durable competitive advantage and operational efficiency.
- Lead and grow the product and design organization, setting standards for craft, velocity, and customer obsession.
Requirements
- 10+ years in product management, with at least 5 years leading a product function and team.
- Must have consumer product experience.
- Demonstrated ability to identify and deliver consumer digital products that create positive user and business impact.
- Genuine AI fluency, demonstrated by daily use of AI tools, experience with AI-powered prototypes or production products, and shipping AI-powered features.
- Strong cross-functional operator capable of driving alignment across Engineering, Sales, Operations, and the CEO.
