About the Role

This individual leads, plans, and synthesizes ambiguous or conflicting requirements. They are responsible for the design, development, integration, testing, validation, and performance optimization of low-level device driver software, firmware, and Hardware/Software interfaces for new MSM ASIC chipsets. This role involves reviewing system specifications, requirements, and working parameters for hardware/software compatibility, working on subsystem design and total system integration, and identifying, analyzing, and resolving program support deficiencies. The individual will also develop and recommend corrective actions, act as a strong contributor at design reviews and project meetings, and communicate and implement a development plan.

Responsibilities

Design, development, integration, testing, validation, and performance optimization of low-level device driver software, firmware, and Hardware/Software interfaces for all new MSM ASIC chipsets.
Review systems specifications, requirements, and working parameters for hardware/software compatibility.
Work on the design of subsystems and integration of total system.
Identify, analyze, and resolve program support deficiencies.
Develop and recommend corrective actions.
Act as a strong contributor at design reviews and project meetings.
Communicate and implement a development plan.

Requirements

Master's Degree (or foreign academic equivalent) in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science or related degree field.
Three (3) years of experience in a related occupation.
