About the Role
This role is an integral part of the Store Design & Visual Merchandising (SDVM) team in Singapore, driving excellence in CAD/Vectorworks drawing execution. The position is responsible for delivering high-quality, accurate drawings and ensuring consistency across all project outputs by assessing site conditions and retailer requirements to provide precise analysis, supporting strong and effective design solutions with speed and accuracy.
Responsibilities
- Ensure all projects are completely supported and studied to the brand requirements.
- Review site requirements and share potential solutions.
- Own the library of materials with clarity of choices available by market, ensuring timely updates of material specifications.
- Ensure teamwork and clear communication to stakeholders including regional shop-fitters, project managers, indirect procurement, and material suppliers.
- Ensure quality technical build drawings for skincare projects.
- Maintain project timelines and ensure delivery efficiency so that projects remain on track.
- Ensure a high level of accuracy for effective delivery of design and communication.
- Drive changes to retailer requirements for store sites when necessary.
Requirements
- BA(HONS) Architecture or Interior degree from Singapore/APAC Region.
- 3-5 years of experience working in leading shop fitter/construction companies with a key understanding of retail design methodology.
- Proficient computer skills in Apple MAC environment.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Solid understanding of project management.
- Ability to prioritize efficiently.
- Personal interest in working for market-leading brands and marketing brands.
