About the Role
This is a strategic and operational marketing leadership role responsible for implementing global brand strategy within the Travel Retail West region. The position involves end-to-end accountability for regional marketing planning, execution, performance, budget management, and team leadership.
Responsibilities
- Adapt and implement global brand marketing strategies to drive brand equity and growth.
- Collaborate with global teams to ensure consistent storytelling and campaign alignment.
- Utilize AI-driven tools and consumer analytics to forecast trends and measure performance.
- Foster an agile, test-and-learn mindset to accelerate innovation.
- Partner with field sales teams to deliver impactful marketing programs and in-store execution.
- Conduct regular market visits to evaluate performance and present business insights.
- Collaborate with visual merchandising and store design teams to create best-in-class retail environments.
- Manage regional marketing budgets, including spend allocation, forecasting, and ROI measurement.
- Lead, inspire, and develop a high-performing team.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and communication.
- Analyze and report on brand performance, market dynamics, and consumer trends.
Requirements
- Degree level education or equivalent.
- Significant marketing experience.
- Experience leading regional marketing strategies and cross-market campaign implementation.
- Proven ability to manage P&L accountability and budgets.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in prestige or luxury brand management.
- Experience in Travel Retail or international commercial channels.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, matrixed environment.
