About the Role
In this sales leadership role, you will be responsible for leading, coaching, and developing a team of field sales professionals to achieve strong sales performance, customer outcomes, and business growth through digital strategies and improved onsite activity.
Responsibilities
- Support the team to achieve daily, monthly, and annual KPI targets in line with business objectives.
- Monitor adherence to all internal and external compliance requirements of the Relationship Associate team.
- Monitor employee motivation and engagement levels and take appropriate action to ensure these are maintained at a high level.
- Coach and guide employees towards the achievement of their identified skill and career objectives.
- Contribute to the preparation of annual budgets and manage operating expenses to agreed budget.
- Monitor and report on the performance of the sales team against agreed sales targets.
- Actively engage with client site contacts to ensure recurring quality sales activity is achieved.
- Monitor adherence to all internal and external compliance requirements of the team.
Requirements
- 3 – 5 years in sales management leading a team of sales professionals.
- Proven track record of highly developed Business Development and/or Account Management experience managing a portfolio of accounts in a sales-focused environment.
- Track record of achieving targets and high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Experience in contributing to the development of sales strategies and plans.
- Knowledge of the finance/taxation and/or salary packaging industries would be advantageous.
- Tertiary qualifications in Sales, Marketing, Commerce or other business-related discipline preferred.
- All successful candidates will undergo background checks (including criminal history and ASIC checks) and an NDIS Workers Screening Check if appropriate.
