About the Role

This role is a strategic, business-critical position focused on strengthening commercial execution and leadership effectiveness across ANZ. The role ensures that capability development is tightly aligned to business priorities and translates into measurable performance improvement and consistent execution in the field.

Responsibilities

  • Operates as a business partner to leadership, focused on improving commercial organization performance and execution.
  • Leads and facilitates sales enablement curriculum, including Sales Manager Academy, Challenger selling and marketing, Negotiation academy, field sales training academy, and other ad hoc programs.
  • Provides individual and small group coaching to Sales Directors and Sales Managers.
  • Acts as a trusted advisor to leaders, helping diagnose and address performance and capability gaps.
  • Works closely with Franchise Leadership Teams to ensure capability priorities align with business objectives, performance needs, and budget.
  • Actively participates in Sales meetings, Senior Leadership Team meetings, and Monthly staff meetings.
  • Contributes to performance discussions, providing insights on capability gaps and opportunities to improve execution.
  • Collaborates with Delivery Leads and Global Curriculum Lead on program design, refinement, and execution.
  • Collaborates with Commercial Training Managers to ensure alignment and balance between product training and capability development.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in a related field is essential.
  • Masters qualification will be highly regarded.
  • 10+ years of sales experience.
  • Minimum 5 years in life sciences or medical device sales management.
  • Strong experience in leadership development, coaching, business planning, and commercial execution.
  • Proven ability to work effectively with senior executives and leadership teams.
  • Demonstrated success in complex, competitive, and matrix environments.
  • Experience driving capability development linked to business performance outcomes.
  • Travel requirements: 25-50%.
