Responsibilities
- Define the direction of Azar's card recommendation and matching algorithms, and build and launch products with various teams including Engineering, ML, Design, and Data.
- Derive hypotheses for improving recommendation quality by directly analyzing various data, and lead the entire process of designing, executing, analyzing, and reporting A/B tests.
- Define recommendation system KPIs, monitor them with a sense of ownership, and quickly identify causes and derive solutions when issues arise.
Requirements
- Over 3 years of experience as a data or technology-focused Product Manager, or equivalent experience.
- Experience launching new features through cross-functional collaboration with teams such as Engineering, Data, and Design.
- Experience in enhancing algorithm-based products such as recommendation, search, and ranking with high complexity.
- Experience designing and executing A/B tests with a large user base, and interpreting results based on statistical methodologies for decision-making.
- Experience in data exploration using SQL and data manipulation/visualization using tools like Python.
