About the Role
Provide essential administrative support to enable effective faculty operations across teaching, research, and community engagement. This role is central to ensuring administrative processes are delivered efficiently and in line with University standards.
Responsibilities
- Prepare documentation using a range of systems and tools.
- Manage records and correspondence.
- Support student-facing services such as enrolment, timetabling, and general enquiries.
- Liaise with academic and professional staff to coordinate key operational activities.
- Maintain accurate data across University systems.
- Ensure consistent administrative practices across the Faculty.
- Contribute to event and project coordination, supporting initiatives such as Open Day, graduations, and community engagement activities.
- Assist in delivering Faculty events.
- Maintain promotional materials.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and service delivery.
Requirements
- Relevant qualification or equivalent administrative experience in a large organisation.
- Strong computer literacy across systems including word processing, spreadsheets, and databases.
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to show initiative.
- Experience coordinating events and managing competing priorities to meet deadlines.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build professional relationships.
- Must provide evidence of full-time working rights in Australia at application.

- $85,778 – $97,006 per annum
