About the Role
Lead the expansion and strategic development of an exclusive luxury travel portfolio, managing high-end partnerships and a team of travel designers to deliver exceptional, bespoke travel experiences.
Responsibilities
- Expand and develop the exclusive hotel and luxury travel portfolio
- Manage relationships with luxury brands, boutique hotels, hideaways, private villas, private jets, and luxury yachts
- Identify new business opportunities and develop innovative partnerships
- Provide strategic direction for high-end travel destinations and products
- Provide professional and strategic leadership for the travel designer team
- Act as a primary contact for international partners in hospitality, aviation, and yacht charter
- Negotiate collaborations and commercial terms
- Ensure the delivery of high-level, exceptional travel experiences
- Manage revenue, financial results, and strategic growth of the department
Requirements
- Degree in Tourism, Hospitality Management, or a related field
- Several years of professional experience in tourism, ideally with a tour operator or in luxury travel sales
- Proven experience in hotel procurement and contract negotiations
- Strong network in international luxury and boutique hospitality, ideally including private villas, yachts, or private aviation
- Leadership experience in a comparable environment
- Strong analytical skills, financial acumen, and a structured approach
- Excellent communication skills, team spirit, and a motivating leadership style
- Fluent in German and English
