About the Role

This role offers the chance to be pivotal in a high-growth advisory firm that is transforming global tax compliance and reporting services. You will lead complex global tax compliance and reporting programs for multinational clients, providing oversight, governance, and delivery leadership across multiple jurisdictions. As the senior program lead, you will unite clients, tax specialists, technology teams, and delivery centers to achieve successful outcomes, manage risk, and create additional value for clients. You will collaborate with multinational clients operating across numerous jurisdictions, coordinating stakeholders and delivery teams worldwide. This is a highly visible position that combines program leadership, stakeholder management, commercial awareness, and strategic thinking, contributing to the evolution of global tax services and the firm's growth.

Responsibilities

Lead the delivery of large-scale global tax compliance and reporting engagements across multiple jurisdictions
Act as the senior programme lead for strategic multinational clients, providing governance, oversight, and delivery leadership
Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders and act as a key advisor throughout engagements
Coordinate international teams, tax specialists, and external providers to ensure successful delivery
Drive programme governance, reporting, resource planning, and stakeholder communications
Proactively manage risks, issues, and dependencies to maintain programme quality and delivery
Identify opportunities to improve processes, leverage technology, and enhance client outcomes
Champion consistency, quality, and best practice across engagements
Help shape scalable, technology-enabled delivery solutions
Mentor and develop team members while contributing to the growth of the business

Requirements

Significant experience managing large-scale global tax compliance, reporting, or outsourcing programmes within a professional services firm or multinational organisation
Experience coordinating complex multi-jurisdictional engagements involving multiple stakeholders and delivery teams
Strong programme and project management expertise, including governance, planning, risk management, reporting, and resource coordination
Proven ability to build relationships with senior finance, tax, and business stakeholders
Commercial awareness and the ability to identify opportunities to enhance client outcomes

Skills

PMP, PRINCE2, MSP, Agile, or similar project management qualification
Tax, accounting, finance, or related professional qualification
Experience with tax technology platforms, ERP systems, workflow tools, or compliance transformation programmes
Experience supporting tax operating model design or global compliance outsourcing engagements
